Refund Policy
Applies to aiautomateplatform telemetry audits, funnel instrumentation engagements, metrics workshops, analytics review blocks, and related advisory calls. It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer (no physical merchandise shop, no hosted analytics subscription, no payment checkout on this site).
Eligibility overview
Refunds depend on how far preparation or delivery has progressed, whether materials were issued, and whether you cancel or reschedule within the windows below. Website prices are informational; the invoice and engagement confirmation control the amount paid.
Full refund
You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing (email is sufficient) at least seven (7) days before the first scheduled session or kickoff and we have not yet issued engagement materials or begun document review. Deposits held only to reserve a start date are returned in full under the same condition.
Partial refund
If you cancel fewer than seven days before start but before the first live session or kickoff, we may refund the amount paid minus an administrative fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the invoiced fee to cover scheduling and preparation. If work has already begun—including inventory workshops or delivered review calls—fees for completed portions are non-refundable; unused future weeks in a multi-week review block may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion when notice is given at least forty-eight (48) hours before the next call.
Non-refundable items
- Sessions or workshop days already delivered.
- Digital materials already released to you (dictionaries, notes, recordings).
- Written reviews already completed and returned.
- No-shows for a scheduled session without timely rescheduling (see below).
Cancellation
Email hello@aiautomateplatform.digital with your full name, engagement name, and payment date. Cancellation is effective when we acknowledge receipt.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a live session once without fee if you notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours before the start. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee or require moving to a later start window. If we must reschedule, you may accept the new date or receive a refund for undelivered work.
Deposits
When a deposit reserves a start date, it is applied to the final invoice. Deposits become non-refundable within seven days of the start date unless we cancel the engagement.
No-shows
Missing a session without twenty-four hours’ notice forfeits that session’s portion of the fee. Review-block no-shows may not be rebooked in the same week.
Work already started & purchased materials
Preparation time, inventories, annotated reviews, and issued materials count as work already started. We do not sell separate physical kits; any printing you arrange is your cost and is not reimbursable.
Refund process, timing & method
Send refund requests to hello@aiautomateplatform.digital or call +82-3-397-3916. We confirm eligibility within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are returned within ten (10) business days via the original payment method when possible, otherwise by bank transfer to details you provide.
Exceptions
If we cancel an engagement permanently, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work. Force majeure events may lead to postponed dates or proportional refunds by mutual agreement without penalty fees.
